Beer/Sampler Registration

Thanks for your interest in participating in radiate live produced beer festivals! We are very excited to have you at our events! Please fill out all details regarding your involvement.

This form is for breweries, wineries, spirits, seltzers, and distilleries - please fill out this form completely.

If you are a food booth, or sales vendor - please fill out the vendor registration form on the event website.

If you are a sponsor - please fill out the sponsor form on the event website.

There is no cost for breweries/wineries/distilleries/etc to register for our events!


- Bring 4 half barrel kegs (or the equivalent in bottles/cans/growlers)
- You must bring a case of new or specialty product to be poured in the vip area. Not bringing the vip product may block you from participating in future events
- Tasting cups will be 3 ounces & vip mugs will be 12 ounces. Please keep pours to 2-3 ounces for tasters and vips can have the option for a full pour if they choose.

Other details:

- You will receive up to 4 complimentary brewer cups for tasting beer at the festival.
- We'll provide food for all vendors before the event starts
- Ice will be provided for every tent
- 1 table will be provided for each event
- Everyone is allotted a 10x10 space at the event unless you specifically state that you need additional space.
- You must bring your own tent & promotional materials.
- Everyone must bring their own serving mechanisms kegs/taps, wine keys, etc.
- If needed you must also bring spill buckets & pitchers for your tent/serving area


- Business representatives will need to pour their own product
- All business representatives must be over 21 & tips certified (or equivalent)

More details on event-specific details will be emailed to you after registration. Load-in instructions will be sent out by event and no later than 1 week prior to each event.
